I created the 30-day fit challenge for busy professionals as a way to make sure that you put more wins on your health board, that you map more of your actions to your intentions so that you find your way to those goals you’ve been talking about for a while but haven’t hit.

This program is delivered to you in pdf format with a link to an exercise video library showing you how to perform everything included in the program. It is also a progression based program so you will advance with each workout so you can track your progress at the end. You will perform a workout on day 1 and the goal by day 30 would be to perform better than day one.(And I’m sure you will if you stick to it!)
