What other guys are saying

I don’t have words strong enough to express my gratitude and satisfaction. Simeon has been my coach for the last 6 months when I started the fight to get my health back after I have been neglecting it for over 20 years. He’s been careful, listening, still firm and demanding; he’s demonstrated tremendous knowledge and understanding of how body and brain work. With his knowledge, with his great attitude to his work in general and to me personally, with his skills to combine different exercises, training schedules and foods, he successfully leads me through my efforts to get fit, healthy and confident. I feel good, I look good! I highly recommend him for your personal trainer. Thank you, Simeon!

Working with Simeon enabled me to develop a professional workout program that combined a clear understanding of how to perform exercises with a detailed knowledge of why the exercise was important and the benefits it would deliver. Simeon ensured that I got the very best out of every workout, he is an excellent motivator whilst also a source of wider lifestyle advice including how to achieve the benefits of healthy eating as part of a busy modern lifestyle. With his blend of professional sports expertise and holistic approach, I achieved a level of personal fitness that resulted in me being fitter than I had ever been in my life, built on a solid foundation to enable me to maintain it.

Who am I and what I do?

Hello, my name is Simeon Krastev. I help busy high-achievers integrate exercise and sound nutrition into their lifestyles. I’m an advocate of taking daily action towards your health and fitness goals, whether that would be walking around the block or eating an apple. We all deserve to look and feel better.

Even though I’ve been fit for most of my life, it wasn’t until I got a full-time job and started a business on the side, that I realized it’s extremely hard to manage your day and find time for health. That’s why I’ve spent the past few years tweaking the process of getting fit in as little time as possible. You can find more about the idea behind the website on the“About” section.

I will share a little bit about me now, as I feel this is important, because you need to know who you are dealing with (I also like to introduce myself to new people, both in person and online).

I’m a fitness coach, coffee addict, animal lover, and adventurer. I’ve also been a personal trainer for over six years helping busy high-achievers completely transform their health and fitness. I’ve worked with athletes, actors and busy CEOs, but with all the fancy talk and credibility-building pseudo name-dropping out of the way, let’s just establish that the vast majority of my clients have been ‘regular’ guys with regular jobs who don’t care about performance, and just want to look and feel better.  I also love ice-cream and burgers and I don’t think they will ruin your diet. I don’t eat shellfish because, well, it just doesn’t look right.

If you feel like you want to know more about how I can help you and want to hear my story make sure you check the “About” section.

A Story of a pickle. Why Alex gained 13 pounds in a day.

It was а Sunday morning. I was having one of these vivid wonderful dreams that you think you are a part of, rolling in my cozy bed when at precisely 05:54, my phone rang. I’ve muted it. Then it rang again. I thought I’ve forgotten my alarm on, and since I wasn’t particularly thrilled to […]

why guys fail to get fit

Let’s just skip the fluff and get to it. When approaching training and nutrition to get in shape, you don’t have to think of yourself as a trainee… You have to think of yourself as an investor. You’re investing efforts in getting results. Achieving a positive return on the investment of your time, willpower, and money. You […]

I want to be just like “him”

I want to look like brad pitt

You know “him”. He’s got it all, he looks great and is not embarrassed to take his shirt off in public. He also doesn’t get all tired and heavy breathing while playing with his kids. After coaching hundreds of clients, I can confidently say: Wanting to be like ‘him’ can either fuel your ambition to […]
